Todays WOD was a great one to test the performance of an Athletes motor.  Fastest time Rx was 12:04 and times went up above 20 minutes for some.  Perseverance pays off along with consistency.  Keeping working hard and the results happen…

40 Push Press (65/45)

30 Squats

20 Ring Dips

10 Doubleunders

Post WOD:  50 Unbroken Abmat Situps

Congratulations to Lindsy who loaded the bar with the women's prescribed weight and didn't peel any weight off during the WOD!  You are getting so strong my friend ;)
