Let's go faster, add more weight, jump higher, lift w/ great virtuosity, nail those double-unders, smile while doing burpees, then do it again!  It's all about rockin' it out in the New Year!  You have come this far, don't stop until you get to the finish line, then rest.. before doing it again.. FASTER!
