Erik Jon Larson
Erik has been an athlete all his life playing multiple sports with his latest addiction being LaCrosse! Erik has a passion for life and his motto is "I LOVE MY LIFE!!!" He holds the following CrossFit certifications: CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Rowing, CrossFit Olympic Lifting, CrossFit Mobility, CrossFit Endurance, CrossFit Coaches Prep and CrossFit Gymnastics. Erik is also an alumni of SealFit Kokoro 12, holding the "Fire in the Gut" award from that camp which reads "It is often the quiet and unassuming person who rises to the occasion when adversity calls. The fortitude and determination they display in the face of great physical challenge is an inspiration to their teammates and brings a sense of dread to their enemies. It is said that a 'Fire in the Gut' stokes their courage and tenacity. The selection for this award reflects great credit upon your character in one of the most rigorous training programs in the world." Erik is passionate about working with other people to assist them in realizing their full potential. He is all about results and is a great accountability partner for his athletes. He is a believer in the saying "How you do anything is how you do everything" and is a stickler for the "9 requests" at Aspen CrossFit. CrossFit is about fitness and more importantly, it is about getting better at life. What we do on a daily basis is hard and takes great mental toughness to get through some of our workouts. Whether you are just getting started or are well seasoned as a CrossFiter, Erik opens the doors at Aspen Crossfit to you.
