Hello CrossFitters. Most of you actually have to fit ‘working for a living’ into your CrossFit schedule, right? Likely you have struck a balance between the two, but do you ever wonder if it’s worth all the effort?
Recently my husband Penn—an entrepreneur and a CrossFitter—sent me an article entitled “6 Reasons CrossFit Will Make You a Better Entrepreneur.” It’s a great read for all of us. I can apply all 6 reasons to my life as a mother of four.
Here’s one quote that resonates with me: “…it’s easy to just lock yourself in a room and just work…but the times when I’ve allowed myself to disconnect and focus my brain on other activities have actually allowed me to get more clarity on some of the different problems I was trying to solve.”
