To get started, enter your contact information and we will call you the same day to get you registered for your free class. During the trial class you will learn some of the basic movements used within CrossFit and will be put through a workout to gauge your fitness level and movement patterns. After your workout we have reserved time to catch your breath and answer any questions you may have. Then it’s time to enroll in a membership and, together, we’ll help you achieve your fitness goals!
